"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Arab Emirates. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.


We employ the use of cookies. By using AirCrewConnect's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with AirCrewConnect's privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Uploading Data or Content to Our Website

There are options to upload your User Content in various parts of our website and as such there are standards which you must comply too.
Using our website warrants that any such contribution complies with our Content Standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

Any or all User Content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary information. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us and other users of our site a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. Flight Crew and Cabin Crew in particular have the ability to share job listings posted by Employers, for example (but without limitation) by email and via websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

We hold the right to disclose your identity to a third party who is claiming that any User Content constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We shall in no way be liable to you or any third party in such circumstances.

We hold the right to remove User Content if, in our opinion, any post does not comply with the Content Standards set out below. We shall in no way be liable to you as a result of another users' non-compliance with these terms or the Content Standards.

You are solely responsible for securing and backing up any content or documents.

Content Standards

In using our website or linking to it, you must:
Provide information which is accurate, true and not misleading and which conforms to reality;

You Must Refrain from:

  • use our site for junk mail, spam, or pyramid or similar or fraudulent schemes; and

  • Deal with other users of our site fairly and with professionalism

Job Listings & Responses to our Job Listings

When an Recruiter uses our site to advertise jobs, it shall:

  • Comply with the Content Standards;

  • Only advertise one job per job listing; and

  • not edit a job listing after it has been posted, unless it is to to add additional relevant details or correct any errors.

We are unable to guarantee to our members that there will be any job listings which will be appropriate to your search requirements. Similarly, we are unable to guarantee to our Recruiters that there will be any responses to your job listings.
It is the sole responsibility of the Recruiter to ensure that any person which responds to a job listing posted by them on our website is suitably qualified for the advertised job and has the required qualifications, licences, medical status and experience.

We Are Not Responsible For Viruses & You Must Not Introduce Them

We are not able to guarantee that our site will be 100% secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are individually responsible for setting and configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platforms which access our website. You should employ the use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will terminate immediately.

Prices & Payment

Crew Members
Our website has three options for Crew Members. Free (Silver), and paid (Gold and VIP). Our prices are displayed on the Pricing page on our website. All of our prices are priced in USD.

Our website has five options for Recruiters. Economy, Premium, First Business and Private Jet. Recruiters must pay in order to post a job listing on our website. Our prices and terms of payment are displayed on the Pricing page on our website. All of our prices are priced in USD.

No financial information is kept by us and all payment transactions are processed directly by PayPal or Stripe.

Subscription Cancellation

Packages purchased are a recurring subscription until cancelled. Cancellation of the subscription is from the next billing date therefore, crew members and recruiters have use of all the package subscription is available till that expiry date.


You are not entitled to a refund to the subscription once a payment has been made. Only in exceptional circumstances will AirCrew Connect review the request after an email is received. AirCrew Connect reserves the right to compassionately review all requests for refunds depending on circumstances.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will; limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.
